Thank you so much to Mark for coming out the next day and coming out on a weekend. Accurate Septic was the only septic service we called that was available on a Saturday and did not charge extra for services on a weekend. Mark was efficient and professional. He had great knowledge of his equipment and exactly how to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner, not making a mess or destroying our rainy season soaked yard. It’s never a good day when you need to have your septic tank pumped, especially when you have a back up. Mark responded quickly with same day service and quickly cleaned our tank. No if the plumbers that are snaking the drain work near as well I’ll consider it a good day. I highly recommend Accurate Septic Services, they are very good at what they do and are polite and need in doing their job.
